data.edit.corr.neph_trunc

data.edit.corr.neph_trunc applies the truncation correction described in Anderson and Ogren (1998) to TSI neph data.

data.edit.corr.neph_trunc can operate as either an independent filter (provided the correct input is given) or as part of the correction chain

Command Line Usage

data.edit.corr.neph_trunc [--input=S11] [--maxgap=time] [--smooth=TC] [--cut=1/10]

Arguments

--input=S11

Specify what instrument or record base to use as the input, instead of trying to match what's available. Required if the input stream is ambiguous.

--maxgap=time

Set maximum data gap in seconds before the smoothers are cleared.

--smooth=TC

Set the time constant to smooth with. Zero disables smoothing. Default is a time constant of three.

--cut=1/10

Force the cut size to 1 or 10 um and ignore the flags defining it.
